Puyang Hongrun Steel Structure Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., founded in 2008 (formerly Puyang Hongxiang Steel Structure Plant), is a professional and competitive steel structure engineering enterprise. We hold Class I qualifications for steel structure manufacturing and steel structure engineering, Class II for general building contracting, and Class II for building decoration, curtain wall, and waterproofing/anti-corrosion/insulation projects. We are certified to ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, and hold CE, EN and other international certifications, ensuring quality, safety and environmental compliance. Our headquarters is located in Liutun Town Industrial Zone, Puyang County, Henan Province, with over 200 employees and a modern production base of more than 100 mu, including four standard workshops, 50,000 m² of production area and an annual capacity of 60,000 tons. Our business covers light and heavy industrial plants, high-rise buildings, prefabricated buildings, bridges, space trusses, chemical equipment frames, large venues and other steel structure projects, as well as related raw material supply. A2: Quality and safety are the core of our production and operation. We implement a full-cycle quality control system covering the entire process from design to after-sales service:

  1. Strict Raw Material InspectionWe select qualified steel suppliers with international certifications. All raw materials (such as Q235B, Q355B, S355JR) must be accompanied by material certificates, and undergo physical and chemical tests (tensile test, impact test, hardness test) and appearance inspection before warehousing. Unqualified materials are rejected unconditionally.
  2. Standardized Design & Production ProcessOur design team is composed of professional structural engineers, who carry out structural design and detailed drawing optimization in accordance with international standards. The production process adopts CNC cutting machines, automatic welding equipment and precision correction tools to ensure the dimensional accuracy of components. Welding operations are performed by certified welders, and key welds are inspected by non-destructive testing (ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing).
  3. Multi-stage Quality InspectionWe set up quality checkpoints at every stage of production: blanking inspection, assembly inspection, welding inspection, anti-corrosion coating inspection and finished product acceptance. The coating thickness, adhesion and surface quality of the components are tested to ensure that the anti-corrosion performance meets the design requirements.

Compliance with International Safety StandardsAll our products pass load-bearing capacity calculation and anti-seismic performance verification. For large-scale projects, we will invite third-party testing institutions to conduct quality certification to ensure that the products meet the safety requirements of the destination country.

 

A3: To ensure the smooth implementation of overseas projects, we provide one-stop technical support and installation services covering the pre-sales, in-sales and after-sales stages:

  1. Pre-sales Technical Services
  • Provide free project feasibility analysis and scheme design according to the customer’s site conditions, usage requirements and local building codes.
  • Translate all technical documents (design drawings, product manuals, installation guides) into multiple languages such as English, Spanish and Arabic.
  • Assist customers in completing local building permit application and product certification.
    1. In-sales Installation Guidance
  • Send experienced technical engineers to the construction site for on-site guidance, including foundation acceptance, component hoisting, connection and precision adjustment.
  • Provide professional training for the customer’s installation team, covering operation specifications of equipment, key points of component connection and safety precautions.
  • Supply complete installation accessories (high-strength bolts, welding materials, anti-corrosion coatings) and special tools to ensure the smooth progress of the installation work.
    1. After-sales Technical Support
  • Establish a 24/7 overseas service hotline to respond to customer technical consultation and problem feedback in a timely manner.
  • Provide free maintenance guidance during the warranty period, and solve quality problems caused by non-human factors free of charge.
  • Offer long-term spare parts supply services and provide technical support for the later transformation and expansion of the project.

Delivery Time

The delivery time is determined according to the complexity of the project and the quantity of products, and the specific cycle is as follows:

  • Standard Small and Medium-sized Projects: 20-30 working days after the contract is signed and the advance payment is received (including design, production and quality inspection).
  • Large-scale or Customized Projects: 45-60 working days (the specific time can be negotiated according to the project requirements and the customer’s construction schedule).

We will formulate a detailed production schedule and update the progress to the customer regularly to ensure on-time delivery.

International Logistics Arrangement

We have long-term cooperative international logistics partners and can provide door-to-door logistics services for global customers:

  1. Logistics Scheme CustomizationAccording to the size, weight and destination of the components, we will customize the most cost-effective logistics scheme, including container transportation (20GP/40GP/40HQ), bulk cargo transportation and oversized cargo transportation. For oversized components, we will carry out segmented processing to meet the transportation requirements.
  2. Professional Packaging & LoadingThe components are numbered and packaged according to the installation sequence. The vulnerable parts (bolt holes, welds) are protected by anti-collision materials. The loading process is supervised by professional personnel to ensure that the components are not deformed or damaged during transportation.
  3. Customs Clearance & Transportation SupervisionWe will assist customers in preparing all customs clearance documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, product certification). For customers who need DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, we can undertake the customs clearance and tax payment procedures in the destination country to ensure that the goods are delivered to the designated site smoothly.
  4. Real-time Logistics TrackingWe provide a real-time logistics tracking system for customers, so that you can check the location and status of the goods at any time.
